Tri-C Elementary School has once again earned one of the highest distinctions awarded by the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE), being named a 2026 Exemplary School.
This prestigious recognition places Tri-C among the top-performing K–8 schools in the state of Illinois.
The Exemplary School designation is awarded to schools demonstrating outstanding achievement across multiple measures of student success. These measures include academic performance, academic growth, and student attendance. The recognition reflects not only how well students are performing academically, but also the progress they make throughout the school year.
