COMPLETE ENROLLMENT TO CHS
Step 1 - Complete all registration forms online, print, sign, and return to the high school office. Gather all Proof of Residency Requirements (Utility Bill, Tax Records, Lease Contract, etc.) and bring to the office with your registration forms. We cannot proceed with registration until Proof of Residency Requirements are met.
Step 2 - Gather additional documentation and submit to high school office.
Copy of Transcript from Previous School, If Available
Step 3 - Select your requested courses from the appropriate Course List below - A counselor will evaluate your transcript to determine classes needed for graduation.
